Health Law Offices was established in 2005 by James R. Mitchell and Dr. Sarah Chen — a physician-attorney partnership that reflected a conviction that healthcare law needed practitioners who truly understood both sides of the examination table. At the time, most healthcare law firms were staffed by generalists. We believed patients and providers deserved specialists.
